Hi,
Just to introduce myself I am in IT and work as a developer. Working in the IT industry has made me realise that there is so much more that can be done to help people out in regards to IT such as methods of reducing daily workloads saving you time, effort and money.
The industry in which I am currently employed has been conquered so without diversifying into different fields it difficult to find out what people want. There is so much out there in regards to IT software but I am interested in understanding from people what they feel they could improve on in their current duties within their line of work.
I would be very interested in hearing peoples views on this.
