Oh, we use a lot of InPost. I don't know through which channel you book with InPost, but we book them via an online shipping comparison website p4d. In May, InPost gave us so much trouble that I could only use rubbish to describe them. I thought they would go out of business due to their incompetence. After a few months, I saw they were still there!

Anyway, we gave them a try again, and they seem to work okay. Always this problem or that problem, but when the system works fine, with a lower price, I think they are acceptable.

Basically, they're a Polish company. All the customer service people are polish people located in Poland. Although the phone number is 03 number, when you call, you're talking to polish customer service people.

The courier is City Link. If the City Link driver picks up your parcel dropped at the InPost locker, you can relax as they parcel will be delivered very quickly. However, the parcel may stay in the locker for one day, two days, or three days - this is the most frustrating issue - the City Link driver doesn't pick up the parcels!

Another issue is the tracking system. Often, the InPost tracking system and the City Link tracking system don't work together properly, so you need to try and error to find the trick. I noticed that their waybill label layout has been updated, so hopefully they'll have a better tracking system.

Overall, if a full mark is 10: price I'll rate 8; reliability I'll rate 5.5; delivery speed I'll rate 6.5. The main reason for me to use them is the price.
