Can anyone offer me any help please 
i recieved a solicitors letter with regards infridgment of a companies trade mark.
i have no idea about marketing on the internet so i took a company on to do this for me. they took care of google ads and ppc.
it has come to light they used another companies business name as a metatag i think its called and so in breech of there trademark.
i honnestly have no idea about any of this, you think a company that does this kind of thing all the time would know this is not allowed so i do not know what to do.
what are the rules around this can you not use any words in the trademark?
any advice please
