Looking for an industrial unit in warrington...

Any ideas what sort of prices these would start at for a small unit?

To rent/ lease? No idea, but you should be able to do a bit of research easily enough by contacting agents who will generally quote you based on ft2 floor area.
Warrington is handy for the M62/ M6 so there is a lot of warehouse space. With the recession, I expect a lot of it is empty and some worried owners would negotiate rather than leave it empty, I believe you now have to pay rates on empty units.
So take the agent's price and knock a lump off, your silly offer might just be accepted.

Contact the council, they normally have a list of vacant units, probably the planning or marketing deptments
