Do's anyone know if there is or where to find a list of all the industrial estates and/or business parks in the UK?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Not quite the answer to your questions, but most Councils have an Economic Development Unit, which can provide this information on a more localised basis.

the problem you face is not getting the addresses of the business parks, but of the owners, as they tend to be investment companies. We have this problem a lot of the time.

just checked on www.businesssearch.co.uk and there are 1305 "business centres:" listed

you set up an account, buy credits and download the company data

Is there any mailing list brokers selling this data - industrial estates, business parks or light industrial units.

I would pay for the right data.

Yes we do have the data across the UK on industrial estates / business parks.

It was a tricky exercise at first, but eventually we have compiled a good list of each of the above per town/city across the UK.

I've just published a book on them (http://www.edwardmossphotography.co.uk/photo_7341456.html) and spent ages researching locations. Tried every Google search I could think of and never really came up with any good directories.
Finished the project now but would have been good to know..

One needs to appreciate the concept of industrial parks as it brings all the companies clustered together in an area away from the city. Industrial parks are common in all metro cities. If you want list of all the industrial parks then search in the internet .You will get all the details about it and also the construction companies that have built them.

I have no idea about the UK business park but I could suggest you that there are large areas available for the development of industrial parks in Mexico and it is one among the best investment avenue one can opt for. So, I would like to advice to give a thought to the investment opportunities available online.
