In order to ensure that your website will meet your business goals, it must be carefully planned, developed and marketed by professionals who can help you achieve your goals whilst remaining within budget.

Might be a bee in my bonnet but..

Whenever I see a website with no business address or phone number a flashing red sign scrolls across my noddle...

it reads;

***Warning***No Contact Info!***Avoid!***Warning***No Contact Info

I really must see my doctor about that but that sign has saved me more than once.

Why put 'Offices in Hampshire and Dorset' - am I supposed to go to those counties and start asking for you?

Just thought! Maybe you mean that literally - that your offices are in both Hampshire and Dorset - now that's what I call large premises - mind you isn't Christchurch in both counties? Maybe that's where you are!

I don't give those contact details. Frankly, if someone turned up on my doorstep because they found my website(s), I'd be terrified. As for the phone... I really, really hate phone calls. REALLY. I put a great deal of effort into customer support, but if someone rang me in the middle of the night because of problems setting up a database, I wouldn't be a happy bunny :p

Nevertheless, a website with no portfolio can be worrying, unless the person admits they're new to a business.

as for a phone number, get a 2nd line and leave it on silent when you don't want to be disturbed.

We had to do this recently when Americans started calling us at 1am asking for quotes - and then calling back the next night at the same time!

We work pretty much round the clock (well it feels like it anyway), but the business line gets switched to answerphone at 6pm, so we at least get a break from the calls :)
