Oh no, we don;t do that many weddings. Majority of our clients are corporate, Arabs and HNI.

Weddings is small % of our turnover but I want to increase it as there is a big demand for it

Thanks, most of the SEO work was done by companies in Czech Republic.

As a professional courtesy may I request please not to disclose our website please.

Only if I can get a substantial discount on my wedding car?? :p :D

Sure no worries from me.

So the sub text here is that you have defined your main niche - which works

You now have to to the same in in wedding market if it’s to work for you. It is indeed a big market (it will be huge next year) but it is also well-served and diverse

Additionally, random internet leads are notoriously fickle - as a rule the business will go to the cheapest or the person who gets on it and makes the sale. In reality you won’t get away with the type of price differential you are talking about from random internet leads

I can't help thinking whatever words you use in an email reply make much difference......I would just see Merc for £1200 RR for £2k and ignore the fluff.

It's a dream you are selling not a car and driver. If it was me I'd send across a few glorious images -close ups of sumptuous leather with Brides flowers, or a bit of wedding dress in the shot.
Pics of your car outside an idyllic church
Stuff like that.

Forget the free gifts -that's no selling point.

Converting your leads needs a phone call -a wedding is very personal and it needs a personal approach.

You're completely right, however I can't post testimonials on my website due to NDA's that we signed with our clients

So change the agreement for weddings, to allow you to ask for a testimonial. I always asked each client politely and never had one refuse, I gave my word that I would never identify them, so I used to simply put Mrs H Surrey, or wherever they were from. In your industry, it would be rude to ask on the day for a testimonial, so a well worded email congratulating them on their wedding and expressing what a pleasure it had been to look after them etc, should result in many sending a testimonial if worded politely.
