Importing wine

Just joined this forum!! Does anyone know anything about importing wine from other countries in Europe to England, do I need any licence?? What is the cheapest way to import??

I know a Vinyard owner here in Spain.I could get you his details if you like? He is a Belgium guy but speaks English better than we do and he exports his wine all over the world
