Ok , i know that im asking too much but will appreciate your help
The supplier will arrange the shipping via DHL to my door , i will pay via paypal , how do i pay the duty and vat

I assume DHL will charge you the duty / VAT once cargo arrives in. Or they may deliver the goods then invoice you afterwards. How large is the consignment we are talking about as we may be able to offer you a better price for the shipping.

Always depends on consignment volume and declaration value on the bill.

Yes, DHL will bill you before or after shipment is released to you (depends on value and whatever you need EORI number or not).
