Importing cosmetics from Korea

Hey there guys, need a lot of information, I'm afraid!
There's a product I wish to purchase retail from here in Korea and sell it online via Amazon UK.
The idea is to send them to my address in UK in bulk and hand them over to whomever I'm selling through.

Questions;

1. First and foremost, is this even legal? I've read to resell, it is legal but the owners have the right to stop me selling since I'll be using their label/logo/pictures etc.
2. Being a cosmetic product purchased retail off a shelf from a big chain franchise, would the product need any health or safety testing such as FDA?
3. In terms of labeling, ingredients and warning labels on the product, everything is in Korean. Would this need to be changed to English, if so, would an English translated label stuck on top be suffice?

I think these are the most important questions for now, hope I didn't sound too stupid -.-'
Thanks in advance guys!

Hi,
I take it when you say you will be sending it to an address in the UK you will still be paying VAT and duty on the goods? I'm not sure about the legalities of reselling or what paperwork the products might need. It would be best to speak to a freight forwarder. Googel lloyds loading list, and click on the freight contacts to find a local forwarder to help you. They will know where to find out the information for you.

As for the labelling this would have to be in English I but you would need to speak to someone concerning this. Possibly the chamber of commerce.

Hope this helps.
