Immigration and Employment Solicitors in UK

I am looking for solicitor specializing on Immigration and Employment law in the UK. I would prefer someone on "No Win No Fee" basis.

Can someone suggest some good solicitors whom I can trust..
Also please suggest what % they actually charge on winning? is it capped? Is there any other fee (apart from winning %) which I need to consider?
