Im planning on Refreshing my Webcontent...

My only comment from a brief look is that your home page is way too empty..... I'd like to see something glaring and obvious telling me what you do in a few seconds. I'd also like some detail afterwards.

I know these can all be ascertained from your other pages, but getting me there is the key.

The Twitter feed is a distraction. It takes up about 25% of your home page. Surely you have more important things to bring to people's attention on your home page that some Twitter comments?

Reminds me of that Jeff Goldblum quote from Jurassic Park: "Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should."

I think you need to swap round the order of the page. This stuff:
"Wilson Media Direct is based in Oldbury, West Midlands and operated by a team of dedicated postal workers. It was formed in May 2007 and has gone on from strength to strength from there. We continually innovate, and devise new ways to improve our quality control. With us, you will be on the cutting edge!

Contact Wilson Media Direct today and arrange a face to face consultation to discuss your needs.
"
is a bit pointless. What do you actually do?!?!
I know it says it further down the page, but I hadn't realised that was there until I scrolled down. Which in practice, if I'd arrived from Google, I wouldn't bother doing.

If you had 2 seconds to explain to a prospective customer what you did and why you're good at it, what would you say / show? Put that at the top of the home page.
(I bet you don't continually innovate, either. Are you doing it now?!? ;) )

Anyway, sorry to be blunt, but you've got 2 seconds until someone hits the back button from google. So if you're expecting traffic from there, concentrate on getting the message across about what you do and why you're better than your competitors. Your company start date, former careers and vague aspirations to continual innovation don't fit that bill ...

Right, I'm going to get back into bed and get out the right side.

I agree with above comments. Say what you actually do! (We can design, print and deliver your leaflets - fast), and say it at the top of your page.

You use too many cliches and extraneous words - gone from strength to strength, face-to-face consultation (what does that mean? Meet?). I'd say the phrase "and arrange a face-to-face consultation to discuss your needs" isn't necessary at all. "Contact us" is enough. Most busy people don't want 'face-to-face consultations'; they're too busy. 'Cost-effective' needs a hyphen, as does 'door-to-door' in this sentence as it modifies the noun.

Solus and Shared don't need to be highlighted on your home page. Leave that for your Services page, or for when you speak to potential clients. Do ordinary people know what Solus means, anyway?

This may sound like im picking holes, and honestly im not, but... why is the telephone number linked to the home page? also, the telephone number's location moves on the rates page, which causes a distraction to someone like me, who is somewhat of a perfectionist, petty, i know.

Also RE the right hand side of the header, would it look better if there was a padding to the right, so that the content wasnt actually sitting on the right hand side, giving a bit of space beween the end of the header and the writing.

Final thing i noted, on the contacts page, there seems to be alot of random stuff at the bottom, i dont know if that was intentional or not... (leaflet flyer distribution door to dor door-2-door door-to-door dor-2-dor dor-2-dor midlands birmingham wolverhampton walsall sandwell oldbury west bromwich wednesbury tipton rowley regis local national Leaflet Distribution,Brochure Distribution,Flyer Distribution, Birmingham Leaflet Distribution,Birmingham Brochure Distribution,Birmingham Flyer Distribution,Midlands Leaflet Distribution,Midlands Brochure Distribution,Midlands Flyer Distribution )

Other than that, it seems good, you get a good idea of what you are doing.

Good luck!

Just looked and it seems great to me -
straight forward and clear.

(IMHO) you could change the tagline from :

"We can design, print and deliver your leaflets - FAST"
to
"We design, print and deliver your leaflets - FAST"

it has a little more authority if you leave out the word 'can' - these subtle things make a big difference.
Otherwise, looks perfect to me.

I didn't think it was too bad, but then I read the thread and realised that you have already acted on advice you have been given.

Full marks for working quickly.

I would drop the twitter feed altogether. The only people who will be interested in keeping a close watch on what you are doing are your competitors.

The lines are overlapping, I would guess you have specificed the hight of the DIV then got the fot to big, but I have not checked.

It is totally not obvious to me that the menu is a menu, I bet the clickthrough would improve a lot - add a proper menu - so it is obvious.

The Wilson media logo looks to me like it is bigger than it is being dipslayed, as it is kind of pixalated.

The gap between the top of the page and the rounded frame is one spacce to big,

The right hand side of the header - the content is jammed up against the edge of the container - I mean the.co.uk and the wilson logo is touching the edge.

what is this >>>>>>>>>>>>> <h1><a href="#">Wilson Media Direct&nbsp;</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="##">Tel : 0121 532
6765</a></h1>
<h2>Direct Marketing Services&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; E-mail :
[email protected]</h2>

USE DIVS AND FLOAT THEM LEFT AND RIGHT !!!!
