Most copywriters are totally useless! I suggest you read 'Making Ads Pay' by John Caples.
Nearly all copywriters write fluff about how great the prospect is and fail to write about the benefit to the reader.
This is what killer copy looks like - this is a job ad last week at minimum wage that drew a few thousand applicants -
