Because you have limited time, you can't import products, so you have to buy promotional items out of stock.

Because I don't know the budget it's very hard to give you some advice (a pen cost 40 pence, a inflatable beach chair 4 pounds....)

Two things I would put in a conference goodie bag:

A blocnote with full colour print + a swiss made Prodir pen in the inlay:

Second: I used to work with the products of Remarkable. This English manufacturer of eco promotional products really stands out. They make mousepads from old tires or plastic sustainable mugs.

There is an online shop called 4imprint.co.uk . Have a look over there.

Have you checked out: www.totalmerchandise.co.uk? You could play on your strapline from your site and do something a bit different and more creative than everyone else to stand out:
"A refreshingly different approach to selling a company"

Focusing on the word 'refreshing' they have apples/oranges/limes with your message lasered on, promotional tea bags/caddies (always useful!), posh spring water in an aluminium swing top bottle, customised fruit smoothies, posh USB desk fans...

Good luck,
Amy :)

Do you need something small and lightweight or with a bit of bulk to help fill the bag. More specific lead times are needed to give a realistic option. Some items can be turned around in a few days whilst others can be over 10 days with supply and branding methods etc. Another thing is how much of a message do you want to get accross or is it more of a gift type of item with a smaller imprint/logo.
