Hi,
We are looking at replacing our existing CRM system. We currently have a team of twelve but actually provide three unique services but there is some crossover in client base but each of the three require their own data.
We currently use ITRIS as a recruitment product which we have been disappointed in as although feature rich, the process is very clunky and there is no natural flow. It is also very easy to 'lose' leads and reminders meaning leads can be lost easily. We have started using Pipedrive whose simplicity we love and works really well for some of our business processes but unfortunately it is not advanced enough to run the whole business.
We are happy to have two products, one for Applicant Tracking for Recruitment and one for Cold Leads.
The cold lead database needs to be easy to handle our data of 12,000 potential targets with postcode functionality so that in event of 'farming' lead it is easy to target the right people.
We don't want something feature rich just something as simple as Pipedrive with a little bit more. Have looked a Salesforce but again it looks very feature rich and complicated, also expensive! Any other ideas?
