hello, i have a clothing business and i would like to buy fabric in small qtys from china or india, but i don't no where to look as alibaba is for big qtys and also made in china, can anyone help? thanks

In small quantities it is just pointless going abroad to find goods with all the hassle and the costs of small importing. there are loads of importers in the uk and i would buy from them. If you go to some of the rag trade places in london..just off soho or some east end areas...they tend to stick together. You will find 20 shops in a row each with 200 plus fabrics from every corner of the globe at fantastic cheap prices. job done.
