I signed up as Amazon seller, getting 0 traffic

It's been about 3 weeks since I listed my products and I've had about 7 views on my products (which i think are mostly myself).

Can anyone give me any tips on how I can improve the traffic to my products? (I am positive it's not a matter of my products being in demand or not)
