I Pad Apps

Hi
I am an accident investigator based in the UK and as part of this role I have to create diagrams of road layouts and car, motorbike positions etc. I currently hand sketch them at the scene and then use Microsoft Words draw feature to recreate them in electronic format. I can then copy and paste ready made objects such as cars, trees, buildings onto the diagram.

Does anyone know of an app for the i pad that will do this...the main feature must be that I can save and re-use objects/shapes such as cars etc that i create. I do not have an I Pad but will buy one if there is a good app, or if anyone has any better ideas or tool recommendations that too would be great

If you can't find such an app, then why not team up with an app developer, and create one. Your knowldge + their skills could = a nice little earner. It'd probably have to be quite a decent app though, as it's a small niche market and you'd need to charge £15-20 per download to make money from it.

No, sorry. Just make sure you get some type of protection in place to stop the developer stealing your idea. NDA (Non disclosure agreement) is most common I think, but speak to a lawyer for advice. and do a search of this forum. I'm sure there was a thread recently on this exact topic.
