What exactly do you want to do with flash, why does it have to be flash? I can help you out and i'll be very reasonably priced. I have been using flash sinse flash 4 , I can do 3d flash if you want it, but do you really need flash? Thats what I allways ask my clients, as you may be aware it requires a plugin which can limit your audiance. For maximum viewability go for an XHTML Strict website with full assesibility, if you want Video or a media rich content experience then you need flash. Basically "fashon designer, media agency , nike golf etc, FLASH , who believe most of there viewers will have the plugin and if they dont, the site will be backed up with an XHTML version which will show if the user has no plugin, and if the browser viewing the site is really old maybe even a HTML 4 version as well, this will be seemless and the server will decided what page the viewer needs without user interaction. "people hate having to make technical decisions when prompted and lets face it how many users are sure they want to install a plugin and how many users say not sure try somewhere else"
This of course cost money, basically your building two sites to cover the users without the plugin.
