I got given £160 Thomas cook holiday vouchers, seeing as we aren't going to use them with a baby on the way, anyone want to take them off my hands. Will take around £140 for them, or nearest offer.

Honesty I know this isn't ebay. I have actually never brought or sold of ebay before. At the moment have three website, about 10 domains for sale these vouchers and a pile of stuff in the house to sort out and get rid. I am trying to focus all my web work in to one project.

Why not use the vouchers that have been given to you as a promotional give away... at least it won't have cost you anything?

For instance...

Buy the domain and get £160 worth of Thomas Cook holiday vouchers.

Only a thought, but if may get you a sale :)

Considering that Thomas Cook's share price fell 75% I would value your £160 vouchers at £40.00 now.

Nevertheless I am a generous guy so I'll give you £30 for them.

Darn you, I have been discovered, it was the news that prompted me to sell them. I have had them over a year.

So just to clarify, you believed that your Thomas Cook vouchers were now of very little value so you thought that it would be a good idea to try and convince others that they would be getting a good deal by offering a ten pound reduction off the face value?

I think your respectibility and credibility has just fallen by much more than 75%.

How so?
The voucher is still worth the face value within Thomas Cook, despite the companies problems. Also they have been granted an extension to their overdraft,so they are ok - for now.

I know that and you know that, but Owas has admitted that he wanted to sell them because of the news of the share price falling. Yet in his opening post he stated that his reason for selling them was because he would no longer be needing them due to a baby being on the way.

Some might describe him as a salesman. I'd call him a liar.

Okay for those that are a little simple, I was being sarcastic. If you actually read my posts, I have some vouchers, I was given them to me a year ago, never got round to using them, saw the news about thomas cook, and remembered I had the vouchers, and seeing as I am not exactly going on holiday anytime soon thought I may as well put them up for sale.
I obviously don't think they have a less of a value, with the Thomas cook situation. As for being a liar, I really couldnt care less what you think! You have never had anything constructive to say about any of my post. To put it simply so you will understand, your a plonker, considering your meant to be running a business you seem to spend a lot if time here, guess you don't have much to do. I couldn't care less about creditability. On that note I am off, good night and good-bye!

If you had them for free you are still in profit whatever you sell them for. Maybe wait a bit and take them on Dickinsons Real Deal. Vouchers are a pain in the bum really but I think £20 or nearest offer is not much off for buying them. After all there is often a lack of trust when it comes to buying vouchers off a third party as in they lose their rights of purchase as they are over 12 months old and have not got a receipt for them.

You'll have to run that one by me again, I'm a tad simple. Nevertheless I'm reasonably familiar with sarcasm (you'll see from my signature that I'm highly regarded on the international stage of sarcasm.) yet I couldn't discern any kind of sarcasm from your post, so here is how I would summarize this thread.

You had some vouchers, you heard that Thomas Cook was a bit under the weather so you thought you would flog them off to some unsuspecting simpleton (such as myself) under the guise that you no longer planned on using them. You got caught out then decided that you would fess up with a bit of 'alright guv you got me' without realising that in doing so you were essentially confessing to being somewhat dishonest. You then decided to (somewhat) return to your original line but with an extra twist in that the vouchers were given to you.

You sought to defend this particularly dishonest series of posts by telling the forum that I have never had anything constructive to say about any of your posts in past...which begs the question...why do you think that might be?

Because I'm a plonker or because you generally go from one nonsense thread to the next spinning a web of fabricated bovine effluent?

Not sure if you actualy read the post but the first line is "I was given"
You really don't understand do you, let me make this simple for you,

I was give £160 Thomas vouchers,
We never got round to using them,
I have been planning to sell them for a short while,
I saw the news about Thomas cook,
It reminds me that I had them,
We have a baby on the way so no plans to use them anytime soon,
I created a post to see if anyone here wants them.

I think it's quite clear and simple, I think your very rude and more so should apologise for calling me a liar on a public forum.
