I am starting this company to recruit nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers for nursing homes and care homes in the Bradford - Leeds area.

Are you looking to create a temp or perm recruitment agency?
Your business model will be completely different if you're one or the other.

Why not try to be a consultant for 6 months and learn from it the secrets of the trade?
