I am looking for packaging...

One of my businesses is selling a collection of historic glass plate photos: the Harrow Photos Collection...

The majority are 4x6 / 10x12 (approx. half each, so c. 30,000+ of each)
They are rectangles of glass

I am looking for packaging to be able to post these without their being broken... I don't want it to cost a fortune, and ideally, though over time I may buy them in the 1000s, I don't wish to have to buy them up front in too big a quantity - packaging will impact the bottom line significantly...

Any thoughts / ideas?

We are a fulfilment house so use thousands of boxes. We get them from Greenwoods in Nottingham, they have huge stocks of loads of sizes, small minimum orders and they can make specialty boxes to order for you.
