1. Entries must be received by midnight the night before the announced end of each round of the competition.
2. Winners of the draw will be selected at random from a list of all those whose posts are nominated via the 'nominate' button. Winners will be notified by Sift Media (parent company of ukbusinessforums.co.uk) on the basis of the member's registered profile.
3. Winners of the draw will be selected as soon as possible after the closing date and will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place. In the event that no response is received from the winner within 7 days Sift Media reserves the right to repeat the draw.
4. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name to be used for publicity purposes by Sift Media.
5. No purchase is necessary. Posts receiving multiple nominations will only be entered once into the draw.
6. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands excluding employees of Vodafone or Sift Media Ltd and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
7.The prize details are as follows:
Every post nominated as "Exceptional" during stated dates will be entered into a prize draw to win Vodafone Mobile Broadband Topup and go USB modem. You will receive the device for free (usual price £39) pre-loaded with 1GB of data. Subsequent top ups will cost £15 per 1GB.

8. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative.
9. The competition will be promoted on ukbusinessforums.co.uk.
10. Open to adults aged 18+.
11. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. ukbusinessforums.co.uk will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of submission of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances ukbusinessforums.co.uk reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value.
