I am creating a new look for my website. The look has come to me in jpeg. I need to cut it up and create it in HTML. Any body now the best way to do this

If you cant write HTML then get yourself a copy of macromedia dreamweaver, for cutting up the image, most graphic design software can do this, such as Photoshop.

Macromedia Fireworks (from the same people that make Dreamweaver) is designed specifically for this

To be honest if you need to ask then this is going to take a LONG time for you to do. If you are chopping up an image to turn it into a website then you would usually be creating the html from scratch rather than integrating it into an existing site. Post the link to the existing site and to the image you are going to use and someone with decent web development knowledge will tell you if it is possible before you waste lots of time on it.
