Onlt this is ..robots will struggle with

electricianbirminghamcontact.html

better being

electrician_birmingham_contact.html

or

electrician-birmingham-contact.html

I cant see it doing any harm

What you are proposing is spamming. Do keyword rich urls help? YES. does stuffing your keywords in every url help? NO it could will trip a flag and lower your trust.

you proposed electricianbirminghamcontact.html but Google will see that as one word so not much help there. electrician-birmingham-contact.html is better (but still spammy)

what is that all about? how is electricianbirminghamcontact.html natural?

Far better to have contact-xxx-electricians.html That is fine, it will pas manual and algorithmic inspection.

keyword rich urls goes way beyond filenames, what about folders and file structures?

eg
domain.com/domestic-electrics/house-rewires.htm
domain.com/commercial-electrics/rewiring.htm

the folder name will help as much as the filename.

Next you move onto internal structure (as mentioned above). By grouping your specific niche pages into folders you make life easier for the algorithm to know which pages are related. i.e. it will know that the rewiring.html in the domestic-electric folder is about residential not commercial.
