HSE Covid spot checks by phone

I told one of these callers today to sling their hook it sounded like a con . I did not trust the caller. He told me we are on now on a section 52 what ever that is .
On further investigation it appears it is a genuine call from HSE !
Has anyone had this call ?

Thats one ill have to look up I thought section 52 was something to do with planning or building use, a section 2 from memory is staff welfare are you totally convinced it was genuine.

I had one a couple of weeks ago, sounded dodgy, but checked the number and other details turned out to be real.

I think its the script.

I’ve had a visit and several phone calls from hse wanting to speak to me and my employees (there are none) and check all COVID procedures, check I had ventilation and sanitizer etc.

Yes, I too received a missed call from them on my mobile, as well as a letter sent to my office - I'm working remotely at the moment. It does appear to be genuine - tried to ring them back but phone wasn't answered, so decided to ignore it. If it's important they'll make contact again.
