Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is doing well.


I am currently working in Compliance but I am working alongside several projects with the HR department. I have a Business Degree and two master´s Degrees, one in Compliance and another one in HR.



I have already mentioned to my Line Manager that I´d like to get involved in more projects with them and I´d like to have some job shadowing with my colleagues in the HRIS function.
Other functions that I am considering to move to are any other HR analytical ones like Compensations & Benefits.

Do you think it is worthy that I start to study for the CIPD level 5?
