Lots of advertising with a discount if they give you their email address.

Or make sure your site is top of google for a range of relevant keywords.

Or push leaflets through letterboxes with details of the new business and a discount/offer in exchange for their email.

Or buy a list of email addresses.

To what end, to whom are you sending it, where are you getting the emails from, what system are you using to send them, promoting what, what's your budget, what is the end goal for the email; e.g. product sales, sign ups for something, lead generation etc?

You need a business and marketing plan first, then you'll be able to work out this sort of thing and whether you do it yourself, or outsource it...

Thank you so much for your reply. I don't have any website yet. But thinking to create my own website.

Thanks for your great input. Yeah, I know I need to have a marketing plan first before starting my campaign. Anyway, I want to reach my local customers not worldwide. Because for the first time I want to focus on my local area.

It's difficult to mass send emails these days without buying lists as due to GDPR regulations, you have to have prior permission to email the person (if they are a consumer customer). In my experience purchasing lists is a lottery though as they're often not very good, and contain lots of old and irrelevant contacts. It depends on your clientele but often an ad in a local newsletter connects well with people.

try email marketing software
sometimes you need to be wary of unsolicited emails when the email you sending might not be relevant to the business
build a list
keep an opt out list
if you are using mailing software they usually take care of unsubscribers etc

Initially, list building is a part of any email marketing campaign. At the start, you're going to build website traffic and an email marketing list. Guest posting, networking, etc. will build the traffic that will build the list. So,
1. Build Your Subscriber List that engages with your content.
2. Personalize Your Content as it helps in conversions
3. Always build trust with your email first and sell next.

You have no marketing list that's the problem. Most providers like Mailchimp won't let you spam a paid list anymore.

You would be better off setting up a website and using paid ads.

Or, use social media like Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and supplement those pages with ads.

Gets expensive though.

SEO is where it's at really. We've 1/4 the way through our SEO efforts and already generating £40,000/year worth of paid-ad-equivalent traffic to our site.
