How to search for partial email addresses on Google

In an attempt to find email addresses of people at "company" I tried googling "@company.com" - but even with the surrounding quotes, the '@' isn't forced and so I get loads of results for "domain.com" instead.

Anyone got a tip how to perform such specific searches?

Google filter out punctuation marks and most special symbols.

You can get slightly better results by doing a search like:

intext:company.com -inurl:company.com mailto:

In ye olde days, you could issue a finger command but then the spammers went and spoiled it :)

Maybe try searching on the company telephone and/or fax numbers and you might be lucky that some email addresses might be returned in results.

Needless to say if the email addresses are not publically accessible on the company website then they will never be indexed and never returned in SERPs

That returns every single piece of promo material they ever released which is exactly what I'm trying to filter out.

I'm not looking on the company website, but for cases an email might be in some article or paper, or on a forum post, etc.
