How to register new company in HMRC site(no UTR)

Hello
I am trying to open ltd company and I am having issue registering it in HMRC.
I've already got company number and auth code from Companies House. But when I am trying to apply for corporate tax on HMRC site I am asked to enter company UTR and CRN which I don't have.
Please advice how do I get new company UTR and what do I need to do further.

HMRC will write to you a few weeks after then company is formed with the UTR. You can then use it to register for the Corp Tax online service.

What is it you are trying to register for with HMRC Andrey?

As said above if its a new company HMRC will send you a UTR in my experience they are sent quite quickly often within a few days of a new company being registered.

The offer of help is great but, with the greatest of respect, what more can you do than ask HMRC to send the UTR bearing in mind HMRC wont discuss another individuals affairs with you without authority??
