    More to optimisation but that is how your meta's can be set should you choose to use them.

    What your website/blog actually needs is to be optimized both on page and off. On page optimization refers to what you can do with the website and content itself. Optimizing off page includes extending the reach of your website over the internet. Getting your "On Page" system in order will actually drive a ton more traffic to your website for a significantly longer time than just buying advertising.

    Title and meta tag are very important part of the HTML code on your website. Both are read by the search engine but not display on web page design. It is include summary of the web page content and also include similar keyword. Normally meta tags are include header code of website.

    A few strange responses, lol.

    The post from ITsold should help you with how to format the code if you didnt already know.

    The description is what shows up in the search results so think of text that is related to your customers that will get them to convert.

    The title tags are probably the most important part as they need to be unique on every page (very important) and you should try and add a keyword into a sentence to make it look natural. Dont spam it though.

    The keywords part is not that important anymore as it used to be but still get used from searches within the site so make sure they have the keywords relating to the searches and page content.
