How to Get Home Owners Name for a Particular Address?

Hi all, can anyone tell me how I can get the full name of a homeowner for multiple addresses?

Electoral register will give you occupants. If they have opted out of the public version, I don't think you can.

Land Registry will give you registered property owners, but it costs for each search.

You could try 192.com. Not sure if they offer bulk search though.
