How to find out companies listed at specific address?

I have an interest in premises that are now vacant and I'm looking to contact the previous tenant or at least discover who he/she was.

Is there anywhere I can look to see what Ltd companies were registered to a specific address? I know it was a Ltd company but have no idea of the name or directors.

 

Have you tried googling the address or the postcode? There are so many company search websites that google has crawled the answer could easily be a search away...

Yeh, have done extensively with all sorts of search terms and controls. even looked up planing apps and telephone searches etc

With the website we use for companies house lookups you can search by postcode.

If you PM me the postcode I'll have a look for you.

If you contact the local council you can pay a fee (it was around £5) when we did it and they give you the details of the current owner.....o
I do believe you can apply online.

Tried that - came back and said they weren't able to figure out who the owner was! :|
