How to find a reliable dealer?

Hi all,

I have a factory to produce pee pads for puppy. But i find it difficult to find a reliable dealer to increase the sales.
I try to google the keywords but it just appearing some salers. I just wondering how to find the right channel?
I am very curious to hear your experiences or some other solutions.
