This may seem simple but believe me im so struggling with this. Where do i start ?.

For the past 4 years ive created a web site (never been operated) its now got 34,000 pages listed on google , rankings are reasonbly easy to rank (with a little time / effort) now its ready to operate as a business. I have no intension of doing this myself or getting involded too much. So how do i go about finding a partner prefferably with sales experience who can turn this ready made platform into a multimillion pound business.

Any help greatly appreciated. (I dont want any investment from the partner , this is freebie to the right person / company)

Why did you spend four years developing the website if you had no intention of monetising it?

The thing is you do want investment from a partner you need their time and time equals money. And then there will be the investment needed to market the site/platform to 'turn it into a multi-million pound business'.

i spent four years to get to this point to monetise it , which by finding a business partner will achieve this. The business will want their time obviously but it can and will make a income from day 1 so NO investment is not required as time will be repaid through business income etc etc etc

So its a directory style site? 34,000 indexed pages means nothing to someone if you are after a commercial agreement. It is purely about how much money its making. Potentially its a multi-million pound business? Every business is potentially that but there is a huge gulf between potential and reality.

In terms of finding someone you could post on here but would need to provide more details. Alternatively go to reddit.com and go to /r/startups or or /r/entrepreneur or check out http://www.bizoogo.com/

hi , before I'm happy to post a link i need to ensure the person i post too has the qualities I'm looking for. So please if your interested please tell me a little about yourself.

All i will say is that if the right person comes along they will make money from day 1.
