How to enter web-hosting expense in Sage?

I bought web hosting for my website on 05/04/2012(invoice date) which appears on my bank statement on 11/04/12. I requested a cancellation on 10/04/12 for which i received a refund in my bank account on 12/04/12.

I again bought a different service from same web hosting provider with same price on 11/04/12. This transaction appear on my bank account on 13/04/12.

How i will enter this all on Sage Instant Account?

Please keep in mind i am no expert in Sage.

Step to step instructions will be really helpful.

I would enter the payments as bank payments and the refund as a bank receipt.

If you have a code aready set up for computer expenses I would use that otherwise create one in the 7500 range.
