For full retail price they could probably do it. They may even load your van or truck with the pallet.
No idea what you would want with a full pallet of a particular item.

The companies that supply the supermarkets may be cheaper to buy a pallet from they could even deliver for a fee.

These stores sell items on sale prices to entice people into their stores, where they buy other items at full price. Why do you think they would be interested in selling to you at those prices?

I have previously bought "returns" pallets from argos. There's a place local to me (Derby) that has a warehouse full. They sell them at around 15% (plus VAT) of the retail price. Let me know if this is of interest and I will send you the details, I can't add a link here

Why don't you approach them and ask them directly?

You will then have the answers you're looking for.

I imagine there are many suppliers (other than supermarkets) that you can buy bulk goods from, albeit research will be required.

Generally, business people will not give away their buying secrets.

This will be a mixture of broken, returned, opened products, missing components, etc etc.

It's probably still a good way to buy, if you are prepared to throw away a % and spend time fixing what's wrong.

The pricing reflects this and is a good opportunity to those who have the time and patience to get involved with this type of purchase.

You can always make a quick "flip" by adding 10% to the parcel. (Make sure you're not tempted to take out the cream first!)

There is not a chance of getting a retailer to sell pallets of their stock to another retailer. However you might get away with loading up your shopping trolley with some of these items. I have seen corner shop owners do this and they seem to get away with it. Maybe a relative was on the check-out at the time!

As @AllUpHere mentions, many products on sale are limited to a small quantity per customer. To get full pallets could be difficult in light of this. But not everything is carved in stone. Why don't you contact some local supermarkets and see if they are willing to sell you full pallets?
