I have a store online for about 2month.
But it seems that there are not so many people come to my store.
So the business is not very good.
Could someone give me some suggestions of how to run business online?
Many thanks.

Thanks.
Actually, export the product by selling online is not the main method.
But I want to do it well as I spend time and idea on the store.
PS: our product is ultrasonic cleaner, can be used in many fields.

Whre's the spam? I see no links only a genuine request for advice. Are you being racist? I hope not.

Ok, deep breath, breath 2,3, - count to ten, make it twenty. No, no good.

What sort of idiot would type something like this? There is nothing racist at all in my comment, it was an opinion and a point I was making. Do you actually have any understanding of what racism is?.

If you had been visiting the boards often you would have seen plenty of spam messages that have been removed by moderators (ask them, they have been very busy removing them) and I have reported some of them - they were all from companies or people in China (i.e "Chinese" and most, if not all of them had no connection with the question on the forum. and, in my opinion, will not give them business

If you can't say something sensible, please keep your tiny mind and your stupid accusations to yourself.

Calm down you emotional child. You conclude the Op's post was spam for no reason other she/he is Chinese. Spam comes from all ports and this person hasn't spammed so your comment is off topic and thus smacks of racism. Your excuse that you weren't referencing the Op and were just making random comments is ridiculous.

As most little people with little minds, you decide what I think and believe, probably out of what I believed to be malice. Now I have calmed down, like all "emotional children", perhaps I was a trifle over the top, I will simply refer back to my dear old Dad who always told me: Never put down to "malice" what could be explained away with "pig ignorance"

You stay ignorant in your little mind, I will just choose to ignore you. Sounds fair enough to me. Move on, case closed

A lot of these spam "no race mentioned for fear of upsetting the hippy liberals" stores are just trying to create web content to spread their name. I already use said store to make contact with "no race mentioned for fear of upsetting the hippy liberals" manufactureres. And I found them on google easily, so I guess they are just employing people to spam message boards to either <<<profanity removed by auther>>> me off when I am looking for useful info, Or the "no race mentioned for fear of upsetting the hippy liberals" economy is on a down turn and they are getting desperate.... which I doubt, as the "no race mentioned for fear of upsetting the hippy liberals" economy is one of, if not the, fastest growing manufacturing economy's in the world. :D

I am not angry with anyones' post. I made comment that there appeared to be a rash of posts with no real meaning, presumably to get to the point where they can then post links, which always seems to take me to a Chinese importer, "cutting out the middleman", whether you class UK distributors or Retailers as the middleman would depend on your viewpoint

Incidentally as this particular forum clearly states "For B & M" Retail, I think we are all very tolerant of on line stores. I was very tempted to respond to the initial post by saying "Open up a proper shop", but I am not that petty.

Whilst I have never hidden my dislike for online Retailing, I respect and understand that for some, it is the best possible business model. I also know that the Eastern economy is begining to look West and take advantage of the restrictions we have given ourselves. They are embracing Capitalism with a unique Socialist twist that means the rich get super rich.

If you "have the same puzzle" I would suggest that there is no demand from your market

By saying this i mean people's demands will promote the product sales market, while every beginning is difficult, i just feel it's a tough job to appeal people's eyeballs to my store and have no idea about what should i do, so do you have some kind suggestions?

Online business is really tough because of the fierce competition. i recommend face 2 face sales technique would be more efficient on your situation.

if your product doesn't exist in UK or Europe best method is to join the exhibitions, it may cost you a bit but if you succeed it would be worth while.:)

Thanks for your concern.

We don't have representive in UK at present.
I send emails to the people who are on the market of jewelry and engine parts.
Sometimes the phone is also the tools.....

However, few replied to my emails about the ultrasonic cleaners.
I don't know why.
