How much are my clients worth

I have a web design company with around 25 clients that pay hosting and some seo.

The hostings is worth £8,650 per year
SEO a £14,400 per year

Just wondered a rough figure as I have another web company asking about buying them and £4,000 was chucked in the mix for the client base of 25.

Assuming your clients are happy and on long term agreements for hosting would say you should be looking at around £4k per year for at least the next 3 years (or up until they cancel) plus 10-20% of any SEO work for the next 3 years.

£4k seems like a quick sale figure and low-ball IMHO... £20K over time seems better bet.
