How many hours a day/week do you get to work on your business?

With balancing a full time job, family commitments, relaxation time (i.e. sleep lol, cuz that's the only time I get to relax really) and whatnot, how many hours a day do you get to spend on your business? What does this work consist of?

e.g. writing programming code? talking to potential customers? reaching out to investors? etc

My business is my full time job I work from about 8.45 to 5 Monday to Friday but many years ago when I set up it was considerably more, especially when I was juggling a job - it didnt last long I quickly got to the point where I had to give it 100%.

My business is a full time job, and has been from the start. I would have no time to work in employment along side it.

9 to 5 Monday to Friday for the B&M shops, some evening & weekend work with a hot tub hire business and Sundays for doing accounts.
