How long does it take to validate a Full Payment Submission?

I sent an FPS on Monday 8th April (around 11:30am). I've tried to send an NVR but can't because the FPS hasn't been validated yet.

Here's the error I get from Sage 50 Payroll :

"This submission cannot be accepted as a Full Payment Submission has not been received and successfully validated for this scheme reference
Error 7804 is generated by HMRC when you're trying to submit a National Insurance Verification Request (NVR) before you have sent you first Full Payment Submission (FPS) "

There are a few employees that I did not get NI Numbers for in time (only received their other details on the Wednesday and their wages were on the Saturday).

The IR Secure Mailbox isn't sending me any details. Logged into HMRC website but the RTI details are only updated on the 6th and 20th of the month.

If these employees were on the FPS (which they should be if they were paid) then there is no need for an NVR to be sent. Part of the EAS/ FPS processing is to issue NINO instructions for any incorrect NINOs.

Therefore you should receive new NINO details shortly for any that can be traced.
