If you are trading online, eCommerce site is the key, site visitors don’t know you or your business, they can’t touch or feel the products, they can’t talk face to face...:|

They can only see few web pages on your site so, your website has to be strong, must provide the required information, about you, about the product, about shipping, about site security, should put some graphics elements to show that your site is safe and secured. Do not use too many colours and graphic effect as they do deter customer interest.

The main problem is, your site does not give confidence to a potential customer to make a purchase, you need to get it re-design, layout is not organised, too many colours and graphic effects were used where they are not supposed to, they are over coming on important and key aspects of the site.

Thank you for your opinions and advice. I have only just had my site redesigned so that's not really an option just now. You say the layout is not organised and there are graphics where they shouldn't be - could you please give a little more detail on these points. Thanks
