I am a retailer. Two months ago I ordered 100 Battery Chargers from a Chinese supplier. But until last week, they haven't shipped them to me! This made me so angry and disappointed. Because they promised me they would ship to me as soon as possible when I placed the order. How did they say that?

There are many people who drop ship stuff and that is the reason the deliveries are late. Try to find out more on that supplier and if you don't get your products just write an honest review about them online.

Are they paid for? Were they so cheap you were already counting your profit? Do they require plugging into UK mains electricity? are they CE approved? Have they been intercepted at the docks?

Never trust the Chinese because half of them won't understand English, I think they took battery as something else, you can ask them if they have shipped it or not did you order them online.

The goods shipped out yet?If they still have not shipped please ask them return the money back and give your supplier some pressure.Or just ask them why they still not to ship,you need to know what happened and conclude supplier's credible.Most of the suppliers are credible.

In the end they shipped them to me after giving pressure constantly. And at the same time they also gave me some points as gift. the points can be used to redeem products in their shop.

Lesson to be learned.

Get a good agent, they will do the following for you:

Evaluate the supplier

Check the sample

Pay to the suppliers verified bank account.

Check the order.

Pay when the goods have been checked.

Arrange the shipping.

If you think you can do all these things from the UK, you are asking for problems to arise.

China is great place to buy, if done correctly.

There are no short cuts.

Be lucky (or get a good agent)

I am a supplier from China, to be frank, normally, most of them take big qty as priority, so maybe need more lead time for small orders. Of course, there are few cheatings here and so the rest of the world, the trick for your money's safety is that never transfer it to a personal bank A/C. hope your problem solved now.
