Hi Everyone,

I use to work for a company called paymentsense which was set up by one of the founders of XLN George Karibian who also founded Euro Office. He use to come into the training sessions to give a speech on company values and meet all the new staff. Now, I'm not really one that goes in for these motivational speeches and was expecting the usual American "coffee is for closers" crap.

I can honestly say it was perhaps the most inspirational speech I've ever had the pleasure of listening to and can understand why he's been so successful.

I can't speak for XLN but with paymentsense he seemed to identify what the sector was lacking. In terms of payment processing this was a quick turnaround and the ability for sales staff to set the rates (within parameters) They must of spent a fortune integrating the back office and crm with firstdata and the bank of Scotland.

They really caught the likes of streamline and the major banks napping and for a year they couldn't be touched on either price or turnaround time. From what I can gather they're now one of the largest card processing companies in the UK with 95% of customers tied up in 5 year contracts.

I'm guessing he'll soon sell up and move onto the next project and good luck to the chap.
