How does PPC work?

I am sure its been covered but with PPC do you pay for every single click or does it work on IP addresses?

Could i click 10 times on one site and they would be charged 10x?

Normally its " Pay per every unique click "

Ie: Yeah, You cant keep clicking. It will all only be counted as one.

It purely depends on your IP address, if you keep on clicking with the same ad for the same IP, charged for every advertiser is only 1..

Yes, It is work on IP address method. If your site is visible at users search engine query than It click your site for visit. at that time it will deduct your bidding price. But this user click multiple times from same IP than Google not deduct more times from your Google account.

"PPC" is Pay per Click so here you have to pay according to the clicks but Google will use user's IP Address so once it has been clicked then it will not count the second click with same IP
