How do you organically SEO a site

I have some experience with basic seo....but would love to know how you go about internationalising a site?
Any tips are greatly appreciated

yes i guess getting into international directories is a good way....is this easy to do?

If you are looking to target a specific country then in Google Webmaster Tools you are able to do this. Takes a few weeks/month to kick in properly in terms of organic search results, but it's well worth doing.

It may sound obvious, but have you considered registering your domain in the countries that you wish to target, and translating your copy into the local language where appropriate, and linking those pages to your main site?

For ranking of your site organically you should do white hat SEO. you should submit your site to major search engines like google, Yahoo, Bing and others. you should also target specific keywords and submit articles, press releases, blogs using those keywords.
