How do you maintain Annual Leave

Hi,

I'm interested in how others manage and administrate staff annual leave. How do you track days taken, requests and authorisation?

Currently, we have a manual process which works okay-ish, but I've been looking at some online services and Wordpress Intranet Plugins, does anyone have any recommendations?

Listen, First i would like to say that i m also the HR in my company and according to me that we have to offer total Leave to a employee is 12 only 1 Leave to each month.

Its depend on us that how we deal with our employee. That depends on the behavior of our. My all employee are very Simple in nature so by that all deal with me very politely.

We use CharlieHR - it's free for the basic package, which monitors holidays and sickness. Each employee can log into their own page and see exactly how many days they have left. They can then request holiday days which are reviewed and approved or rejected.

How many employees can you get on the basic package ?

On their website they have a package for "large" companies 250+ so I assume that that's the limit. However, that's my assumption. We have a small workforce (15 employees) and it works very well for us.
