Top tip. Don’t call it FAQ. Call it Support and allow comments. And put a link to this and the rules in the main menu.

I'm not a big fan of autorenewal. How do I turn it off... again?
Apologies, I've only just realised that whilst I fixed the link at the bottom of the page, I never actually directed you towards the information you need. That's my bad ?

Our FAQ page features a section called "How can I cancel my Business Membership?", which describes how to cancel the renewal:

As an aside, taking me offsite to KB looks really unprofessional. It cheapens the brand.

Agreed, but Xenforo gives us terrible tools for managing documentation. We would literally just have HTML pages with no version control or tools to automatically identify connected documents.

With Confluence we get a system that gives us a lot more QoL tools for documentation management.

I'd love to have it hosted on the site, but Xenforo doesn't have the functionality we need and Confluence (to the best of my knowledge) won't let us control where on the internet the documents appear.

Confluence also serves a secondary purpose, it's connected to our support system. So it acts as a way of publicising the best method to contact our support teams.
