Hi Can anyone please guide me here ?

I have developed various mobile applications for different verticals of business like restaurants (Hospitality sector) , retails, medical care and logistics. I am confident that whoever goes for these can enhance their business exponentially as I have the confidence in these revolutionary products. All these Apps can be customized to large extend and can cater to the customer's requirements and profile.

But the problem here is how do I start selling these ?

What type of sales strategy should I adopt ?

As you know you're entering a crowded marketplace and marketing costs are high. As you're so confident in the apps, why not suggest a split profit arrangement on any additional profit brought into the business as a result of them using your apps?

I'm sure you could building something into the apps (if it's not already there) to help you identify sales through them?

Thanks for the reply. But how do I get the potential leads or the customers , I am open to sharing profit or any other methodology which can benefit me and build my customer base.

But the basic question here is whom do I start with or how can I get leads who can be potential customers as I am really confident about the products and services !!

If you are offering to develop apps on a profit share basis I'm sure you will get lots of interest. Perhaps start with one of your verticals and develop your understanding of how decision makers like to be communicated with and clear benefits for your products. It won't just be your products but an understanding of how to market it effectively.

Networking, online advertising, media and PR, third party marketing, partnership with trade bodies, marketing literature , video, website, media partnerships with trade media are all activities you could consider depending on your decision makers and the type of businesses you want to target. For larger businesses or say hotel chains you might need to go through their marketing agencies or in house teams. Do make sure you have a few case studies under your belt that demonstrate success.

I would start a small ecommerce web site and offer two models one with all features working and one showing all features but only a few working and give the few working one away free

Next I wouldemail main targets and tell them where to download free app

Try and get domain name that describes you app

Spend a bit of money getting the right contact names rather than spam type emails

Small advert in relivant trade mag or maybe smallest stand at trade fair

Try and sell direct rather than giveing a percentage away to a middleman unless first idea does not work

telemarketing is a good way to win new business, i know this as we worked with a mobile app company and generated 35 appointments in 20 days.
Consider the costs though, for this he paid us £4k, that said he made a ROI on the first deal he closed.

Are you 100% sure that you have something they can't get elsewhere? Does your app fully integrate with their current systems? Is there a full support system (not just you) if it all goes belly up?

Prove it. Nobody is going to invest unless you can demonstrate the ROI.

Go to the local restaurants and offer it for free. Invest time to make sure it really does enhance their business. You will then have a great example to show people.
