I've been sent an invoice from Germany for 64 euros worth of samples.
I have the account details.
The Post Office can't help with a money transfer because it's under 250 euros.
Lloyds will charge about £20 to transfer funds, can I claim that charge back as an expense?

Do I have any other options?

£20 to pay an invoice in Euros?? Jeez, glad I'm not with them......, so you can't simply transfer the money...., what about your private account and paying that way, will you be charged too? I would do that then adjust the biz account accordingly perhaps!

It will cost you £1 if you use transfer wise you need to send £54.88 and they will get their 64 EUR.

Use this to send money to service providers in the USA and other countries and save a bundle.

Thanks, I made the payment with a debit card.
The recipient in Germany should receive payment by 9am Monday.
There was an option for faster payment but that would have cost another £8 or so.

I was asked to provide an IBAN number, that was on the invoice and a BIC code that was the SWIFT code on my invoice I guess.

No worries. They will have the money in their account first thing Monday.

Yes that is spot on IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code should be on the invoice, nice and easy.

Did you try with PayPal?

No I wasn't given that option.

I think there was a problem with the cart software or something?
Every time I tried to make an order from the company's website I was asked to choose a shipping method but no option was available (I tried Opera Browser and I.E)
I emailed them and they just sent me an invoice for the goods I was trying to order.

Transfer wise only charged me £1 :D
